This simple recipe is made with helva, a very sweet deli product made with sesame and common to most countries in the Middle East. This dessert is traditionally served in Turkey in the "mehane", or "house for alcohol", the local pubs.
- lemon juice
Cut helva in small squares of approximately 2 cm.
Pour lemon juice on it according to taste.
Mix delicately with a fork.
Bake using only the grill for a few minutes until deep golden on the surface.
